Summertime is coming, and every year we prepare ourselves, our facilities and our operation for what might come weather-wise, or at least we should. Many of us don’t work in the same environment where we grew up, so working with and learning about the weather changes — and to understand the impact on cows, equipment and facilities — is something we have done later in life.
